The Tender Response stage shifts the focus to the prospective delivery team. It is the period where the Lead Appointed Party demonstrates their strategy, capability, and capacity to meet the Appointing Party's information requirements.

Pre-Appointment Tip: The Pre-appointment BEP is a high-level response to the EIR. The Lead Appointed Party must ensure all Appointed Parties (sub-consultants/contractors) have confirmed their ability to deliver before finalizing the response.
